Jalapeno Burgers

These ones are bound to hurt more going out than going in. I did this on a sort of romantic camping night with my lady who likes spicy food. So sorry for the lack of prep pics. But you can use your imagination, these are not that hard.

Take ground meat, whatever kind. Crack an egg in the bowl with the beef. throw a lot of sliced jalapeno peppers in there and slap them and pound them into big fat burgers, you gotta make sure that each burger patty gets 2 or 3 jalapeno slices. Season with pepper and sea salt. Throw those suckers on a grill over an open fire. Time it good so you only have to turn them once, technically a grill master will only turn meat once anyway to not make a confusing mis-mash of grill marks. we want only one striking on each side. In this case that is practical as well, because packing it full of sneaky peppers will compromise the structural integrity of the burger. The less flipping the better.

As soon as you pull these hot muthas throw a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese on them to let the cheese get melty.

Put whatever you want on them, it isn't going to help.

This dinner is way more fun if the person eating the burger isn't aware of the biological warfare they are about to sink heir teeth into. But if your ulcer isn't acting up and you like hot foods, you should give this one a shot.
